Oh goodness! This is REALLY good! I'll get the obvious comment out of the way early, the details on those feet is wonderful, they look so firm to the touch, so smooth. Lovely work~ CX
On top of that, the feathers are wonderfully fluffy looking and the expression is really cute. And that shading, oh wow the color shading with the traditional pencil work. It's so charming to look at, I can't get over it! I adore Hawkmon, and this is a fantastic picture for them! Nice work Siberio, this is some bang-up work CX
