This dragon here uses the gems on either side of it's shoulders to produce a cloud that can make it, or allies grow. To charge this, the cloud it produces, or it's tongue, can steal size from it's targets. The more size it steals, the brighter green it gets. Eventually it'll glow a bright neon green.

Also it's tail is collapsible. It can collapse or lengthen it's tail at will, with a set limit of course
