A thing from Fellarts as a sort of gift to me / request from  Mewlava to help design a Pokemon OC/sona for me to use, and we came up with a somewhat chubby Wigglytuff/Mew hybrid. Those markings were very much designed to resemble stockings and such.

He's about 3' 5'' and is pretty smug and cocky because of his rather interesting (read: sexual) relationship with Jem...who is less than thrilled about their chance meetings, but can't exactly fight back.
