Hot damn, I love myself some strange small-time/obscure supervillain characters. And really, what's stranger and more small-time obscure than Doctor Mayavale from the Legion of Super-Heroes?
I mean, seriously, you go on Comic Vine and there's only a single image of him available. I think that says a lot.
I'm also really glad that I was provided with a specific reference picture for this (the single image on Comic Vine) because if you look up images of Doctor Mayavale there are three different images where his arms are coloured in three different ways XD
