It's an obscure reference to a scene from the show 'Dexter'.

Dexter and another character, Lila, are in a hotel room. Dexter makes a comment about the art in the room (he's looking at a painting on the wall of a cottage next to a stream in a grassy field with a mountain in the background). Lila looks at the picture and says, "That isn't art, it's cottage porn." Which made me think, 'damn, apply Rule 34, and it's totally true!'
