Oh, cooking can get chaotic at times too, defiantly that "jumping between ingredients and lots of time looking for the cleaning cloth". But its those slow moments of stirring the ingredients in a single pan (so it doesn't burn), kinda like looking into a campfire, but making sure its all cooked through.
depends on the night and the surrounding company. could be my simple "inside-out sheperd's pie" or a complicated "chicken stir-fry". the menu is pretty open for opportunity and interest of cravings.
