This is for Western Civilization Board's Art Theme MARCH http://westerncivilization.trifecta.....p=39352#p39352 - ATOMIC AGE: That cool atomic ranch style where atomic power has taken over the progress of technology and everything looks like it's in the 50's but with flying cars.
It seems that Kim Possible and Ron Stoppable, the stars of Dinsey's Kim Possible, were out explorer space and have crash landed o Venus. It seems has found an alien life form, or precisely the alien life form found him. The Brain Bats of Venus https://archive.org/details/aronaamora_yahoo_7have captured and made him its slave. The original story by master artist Basil Wolverton and quite chilling. Although my Brain Bat is regreting its decision to attach to Ron instead of Kim.
Kimberly Ann "Kim" Possible is a high school student and freelance hero/vigilante. She is unusual in this in that she not only lacks a secret identity, but also remains on good terms with various law enforcement, government, and military agencies. For the most part, her schoolmates are aware of her work but don't do anything about it unless it affects them directly somehow. At school, Kim's one of the most popular kids in school, the head of her cheerleading squad at school and a straight-A student, rather than as a misunderstood outsider/underdog as typical of the genre.
Kim was a confident and assertive teenager whose awareness of her own abilities was reflected well by her motto "I can do anything". Her typical state of mind was to be bright and cheerful, and she had a kind and caring heart which compelled her to help others and to put their well being above her own. However, she could also be arrogant in certain situations, especially when others, including Ron, appeared to do things better than she could. Her competitive nature and drive for perfection, as well as some of her insecurities, were consistent with a Type A personality. They also lead her to set high standards for herself, and sometimes gave her a tendency to be bossy and to set standards for others that are too high - as was evident when she attempted to coach her brothers' soccer team, or to try and do things herself in order to save others from potential failure or harm.
Despite being a freelance hero, Kim was still a teenage girl and therefore susceptible to most normal teenage insecurities and growing pains. She was occasionally embarrassed by her parents, was pouty when she did not get her way, and had a strong desire to fit in. The latter of which was shown to be one of her biggest weaknesses as a person. Kim also proved to be highly competitive, and was often easily manipulated by those she saw as rivals, or anyone else who openly challenged her abilities. In a disastrous first meeting with Agent Will Du of the Global Justice Network, he called Kim an amateur to her face, which sparked a heated rivalry as they tried to outdo each other. Likewise, Kim's longstanding rivalries with Shego, and fellow cheerleader Bonnie Rockwaller, often lead to rather predictable circumstances. Kim and Shego typically attacked each other within seconds of each meeting, fueled by an obsessive desire to overcome the other that Shego admitted to more than once. Bonnie also made no secret of her consistent wish to embarrass or surpass Kim.
Kim's personality traits were most clearly demonstrated when her school was hit by an astrology-like personality guideline fad known as Animology, under which she was classified as being a "Blue Fox", which was defined as "a born leader who unable to resist a challenge; is driven to excel; a perfectionist." In addition, Kim was drawn towards International Diplomacy, a difficult and extroverted field, during a career fair held at her school.
Ronald "Ron" Stoppable has been Kim Possible's best friend since Pre-K, her next door neighbor, and finally boyfriend, mainly serving as her sidekick during missions.
Ron was a high school student with an eccentric personality. He served as the "bumbling sidekick" and best friend to Kim Possible.
His antics are often those of a comedian, providing distractions to villains, but he also served as an anchor to Kim's competitive and image-conscious personality. Due to Ron's erratic nature he has displayed serious contradictions and/or inconsistencies in terms of personality and capability.
Ron rarely received any recognition for his helping Kim, until Global Justice scientists hypothesized the true secret to Kim's success was an intangible talent/element which Ron was thought to possess which they dubbed as "The Ron Factor". It supposedly allowed him to achieve results through a series of apparently random mishaps that would otherwise require great skill to accomplish. According to Wade, The Ron Factor could have been a product of non-linear mathematical concepts, also known as Chaos Theory. Initially, Global Justice believed The Ron Factor was the secret to Team Possible's success and they researched it heavily for a short period of time, hoping to harness it themselves. They were unable to isolate it, so Global Justice eventually concluded that it did not exist, or at least that it was a "non-factor", though at the time they began researching the possible existence of "The Rufus Factor" instead despite Global Justice's conclusion, there was considerable evidence suggesting The Ron Factor, or as Ron once termed it "Not dumb luck, Kim. Dumb skills", may have been both real and even exploitable under the proper circumstances. As a "bumbling sidekick", Ron was typically portrayed as being extremely loyal but also clumsy and easily frightened. He tended to "trip over his own feet" in many situations, and during missions it was common for him to comically fail to do something that Kim did flawlessly. Such as he might ski backwards down a mountain and collide with a tree just after Kim had successfully negotiated the slope. If one were to consider any skills were imparted by the mystical Jade Idols, then Ron's expression of Tai Shing Pek Kwar which best suits his nature may be the sub-style of Drunken Monkey.
Ron's clumsiness was very pronounced early on. A case of "two steps forward, three steps back" often resulted in him endangering himself or the mission. Kim was frequently forced to stop whatever she was doing to save him, or occasionally tripped up by him. Over time Ron's skills became more proficient, and he required rescuing less frequently. Much of his clumsiness was later used primarily as comic relief distraction portrayed as awkwardness rather than incompetence. In particular, he often performed feats of physical skill and dexterity alongside Kim, albeit in an awkward and slightly panicked manner in contrast to Kim's usually graceful and deliberate performance. Furthermore, Ron's awkwardness occasionally worked in his favor, allowing him to accomplish things through clumsiness that neither he nor Kim could through pure skill. An example of this is when Ron's panic at discovering a scorpion in his leg enabled them to discover the entrance to Drakken's secret lair.
Shego realized that Kim was most effective as an adversary when working side-by-side with Ron, and separated them by moving the Stoppables to Norway. This separation weakened Team Possible greatly, to the point where Shego was able to take over the world
