"Mythify Me" commission for snaccdragon on twitter. Throughout history, salamanders were thought to have magical qualities such as an imperviousness to fire and poisonous touch. It was also thought that asbestos, also called "salamander wool" came from them, hence why this fellow has fur. Obviously based this off a diplocaulus.
