Weird yet extremely entertaining.

I imagine... an overcast sky with rain and lots of it. A tv in the middle of nowhere, half sunk into the mud and accompanied by a sofa. Everything is nothing more than a dull hue of blue. The voice skipping is a news reporter struggling to report through a distorted connection or a weak broadcast. And the music that plays is the result of an ad that pops up on the television after the news report is done.
