Like with Bebop and Rocksteady, I wanted to make my own personal design for everyone’s favorite skater lizard. This version of Mondo still loves skating, being devious, and talking with a 90s skater/valley girl dialect, but this time, he is quite proudly gay and likes to dress either boyish or girlish, depending on his mood. The more retro, the better! Mondo’s often seen skateboarding with Mikey, or hanging out with his best friends and roomies, Bebop and Rocksteady. Lately, he seems to have gotten some hair-dying tips from Bebop, as he’s been growing his hair out and experimenting with magenta highlights. Between that and learning how to cook from Rock, he’s the more mature and level-headed of the trio, and is the only other person allowed to call Beebs and Rock by their real names. One day, Mondo will find the mutant of his dreams, hopefully the big, buff, scaley, toothy variety…
