"My belly?" The demon smirked, lifting his head up and letting his lower jaw split in two. He stared down at the human before him. "Seems someone told a lie." The demon's tongue licked the separated jaws. "Mmmm. Did you know lying is my favorite food?"

"Uh... no." The person took a step back from the center of the pedestal. "I'll.... I'll..."

"Funny thing, mister 'hero'...." The demon got in close to stare at the human in front of him. "I didn't used to be this fat, but there are so many liars out there, and all so tasty.... They just can't resist lying to me, and I can't resist... savoring their lives."

"I'll... be honest from now on. I swear." The human gulped.

The demon laughed as his eyes narrowed. "That's what they all say."
