Dewey's making a list and checking it twice to see what pranks he'll be pulling on his favorite holiday. XD

I imagine that though April 1st is the busiest day of the year for Dewey when it comes to pranking, there are probably many other occasions like this when he's thinking of people to prank and the perfect prank to pull on them and how to keep it fresh and original and not let them know its coming. With him looking like he's concentrating and thinking quite hard here I imagine he's probably getting creative here, or maybe just remembering which pranks he's pulled most recently on people so he doesn't end up disappointing with unoriginality or worse, they suspect the prank and manage to turn the tables on him.
I doubt anyone will succeed in pulling a prank on him, unless maybe someone slipped a trick cigarette into a pack beforehand and it got smoked during his thinking time but he'd probably know that trick well enough. I can just imagine many of them will want to try and pull it off though, if they've heard Dewey's hyena cackle enough times.
This might be the best time while he's concentrating on making his list and thinking and not really paying attention to anything else, so someone small and stealthy might be able to sneak in, not making a sound and staying out of sight so maybe Wallaby might stand a chance with him being small. The prank of course would be taking advantage of his feet being out in the open and launch a surprise tickle attack on them with this time being happy to hear the hyena laughter.
It would be worth trying to see if you could tickle his feet with them being such a good looking pair, and I don't suppose he'd be too angry, just add you to the list to prank as soon as possible.
A wonderful picture to celebrate April Fools Day/Easter and always good to see more of Dewey.

Yeah, Dewey’s quite the type of prankster who won’t let anyone retaliate him on his favorite time of year. He always thinks these things through every March 31, and he makes sure that it’s good enough for people to fall for it. Though, if anyone ever turns the tables on him (which might rarely happen), he’ll consider it impressive, but will vow to show even less mercy next year. XD
I don’t think anyone has ever tried to pull a prank on Dewey, not even his best friend, Brent. Though the trick cigarette does sound like a good idea for a revenge prank, if anyone is brave enough to try it on him. ;)
Wallaby would be the type to give a surprise tickle to his big feet, as a prank for Wallaby on the list he has on that piece of paper for next year’s April Fool’s is a surprise tickle. Wally would beat him right to it. XD
