Egg bread!

THis was my first attempt at making egg bread, and it managed to be the most perfect loaf of bread I've ever baked. There were actually TWO loaves, but I'm just uploading this one. It was good just as bread, made excellent toast, and was VERY good french toast as well. This went into the latest iteration of my caramel rolls, mentioned in a previous post. These loaves were baked just over a week ago, the Thursday before our Pathfinder gathering.

I made another loaf last night, but while it's good, it fell a bit and isn't quite as awesome as these two were.
