A little bit of explanation first
Tim can get pregnant by someone and that pregnancy will last more than his used to, but once the babies are born his... Condition get back to normal
Second, his pregnancies are medically controlled but he's susceptible to all the maternity stuff. That's another comic after the Tim's secret accidental reveal tho
Last but not least. This an ugly drawing but I loved the idea of Tim breastfeeding his actual babies
