YIM's all right if you're of a certain mindset. I'm not. Like a certain genre of fandom, my time in chat contribured to my being more bitter, calloused, cold, dark, grim, hard, jaded, judgmental, realistic and serious. What usually contributed to that was dealing with clueless idjits in that genre of fandom and the chats. Most wanted to friend me ONLY if they could control me, or have unlimited free access to my artwork, comics, credit cards, buttsex, etc.
Well....there's the time I ended up in two photo ops with who I thought was Zatanna, but they were actually MANtannas. One stunt I wish had happened is when somone was supposed to come by my table, look at me and shout "Oh shit, it's Kevin Smith!" I'm a ringer for Kevin Smith (albeit tens of pounds lighter). There was the time I was "saved" by Buddy Christ.
