Hi. I usually use a combination of Vallejo acrylic washes (though I am thinking of using artists oils in the future), and Tamyia and PanPastel pigments. I then sprayed Tamiya Acrylic XF-57 Buff cut with 90% Tamiya thinner (70% rubbing alcohol will work too) to give it a dusted effect.
