Hara's doing a bit of studying and trying to find new ways and angles to take his shape-shifting too. Here, he's decided to try and form a pouch onto himself. It worked quite well, as seen.
Just, Hara might've wanted to read a bit further, given he suddenly had an urge to fill his pouch, and needed Ink to satisfy that urge. Little did he know, the spell he performed also gave him a crippling case of empty pouch syndrome and, by extension, a need to fill the pouch with whomever he sees fit~ :3
