Gorbash Inflated from the movie Flight of Dragons. I'm guessing about half way in the movie, he explains the science of dragon flight, and inflates himself.
I have the video clip, so far I can't find it anywhere else on the internet.
Not an exact copy of Gorbash, I changed his face a bit, and actually made him a little bigger.
