It would seem Hara has been trying out new shape shifting technique, which allows him to give himself a pouch. The only draw back is that he seems to have a "need" to have a full pouch, one that drives him to seek out anything or anyone to fill it. In this case a certain plush feline was near by and was promptly stuffed inside and squished against a soft tanuki belly. Looks like Hara is trying to find a way to reverse the process, while Ink tries to not just sink into the softness of the pouch.
