He's a Peep. Inna Steampunk-y hat with embedded gears.

I wanted to give the image a mild sepia-tint, like a photo from the late 19th/early 20th Century would've been. I probably should've kept him more traditional-peep-shaped, but at the time I couldn't figure out how to do that. (The solution, I suspect, would've been to simply put him in the hat.... ^_^;)

Ah well. I think he looks nifty inna suit, and how often can one say THAT about a Peep? :D

(Obviously I need to read up on the whole Steampunk genre. In my defense, I think FC'09 - in Jan - was the first I'd encountered it, and that was just b/c our in-flight movie was "City of Ember". I promise I'll get better.)
