I have waited for this piece for so long. My expectations for this piece were sky high. And despite being so high, when Foxamoore finally finished the score, I was still blown away.

The piece is called "Unravelling Destiny" and it is the result of Foxamoore listening to pretty much the entire origin Story of Karmal and everything I could explain and tell about him and him - the prodigy musician, that he is - distilling all of that into a beautiful epic score that would represent everything that Karmal is in a single enthralling work of musical art.

Thank you so very much for this on Fox. As promised this is and will forever be the music that represents a character that is indescribably dear to me.

There is two version of it. One is the unfinished version, that I heard so often it actually became already dear to me. I call it the calm version now. The other one is the finished version with more instruments, more epic more powerful and as such more expressive.

About the Grey Master:
"Legends tell of a place, which is nowhere and yet supposed to be approachable from anywhere.
Not just from anywhere in this world or even universe, but from anywhere in all of existence.
It is the Grey Castle, an indescribably ancient stronghold build with dark grey stone, overgrown
and looming, yet eerily untouched by the evergnawing teeth of time and decay. A kaleidoscope
of individuals populates the vast building complex, rarely even two of which share the same
species or world of origin. They are all acolytes of the the owner and indisputable ruler of this
Castle - Karmal, the Grey Master.
Nothing is known about how to reach that ominous place or - if even darker legends are true -
what will make the Grey Master himself come to you and whisk you away to live and serve in
his castle. But there are somewhat credible accounts of those who claim to have lived and
learned there ... and returned to their worlds to accomplish great feats. One of those accounts
describes the experience of being an acolyte as such:

There is no exit, no return, not even death will get you out of there.
You can only ever leave, when the Master deems you worthy.
You will return ...
more responsible, more determined, more powerful and aware of your true self
You will be free of ...
fear, pride, shame and all delusion
And you will pay...
... whatever he demands


However. Despite such colorful descriptions, actual facts about the place seem to be fleeting at best.
None of the acolytes ever chose - or dared? - to provide an extensive and full account of their lives
within the Grey Castle. It is for that reason, that I offer riches and a carefree life to anyone who can
prove to me, that they have been to the Grey Castle and provide me with every shred of memory
