Im back with a new reference. Just when I thought I finally have one for the next decade, I change a major detail about her. But hey, the art was outdated anyways. And again, this was a 2017 ref but Im lazy shit.
So, what changed?

-Her hairstyle
It was a hard task for me to find a new hairstyle, that I like enough to give up the old one AND that it still makes sense from how it was before to now, without professional help by a hair dresser.
I failed alot and eventually came to this hairstyle, while trying out a summer version for her. Im very happy with this result and I hope she looks more original now.
-The saturation of her colors
Keno and my other characters are a bit older and of course they have very bright colors. So after learning stuff about colors and other things by videos, articles and university, I think I should take responsable to not cause
any eye cancer any more. Her colors are desaturated slightly, as well as Aylons and Lyras.

Other changings: I might overthink her super form. I have created a feral design I wanna put on her, the golden super forms are a bit out of fashion for me. I should out more into it that copying the Hedgehogs like every newbie.
Introducing into the story: Im working on a comic page to explain the changings in a semi funny way, its has its truth though.

Be sure to get all her details right.
You now got a TURNTABLE Reference!
So do me a favor and stop drawing OVER-checked shoes.
Her shoes only have 6 quads in two colors!
The markings on both side of her hands and feet are suppost to be stars.
Dont draw pupils in her eyes, she just dont has some, it belongs to her design!
Do not deform her chest fur shape! It has a heart shape with 3 bangs, the fur behind her can have as many bangs as you want.
Pick her palette from the reference! Many people gave her wrong colors, even the really experienced ones.

I do saw a Keno like that and it was a whole different character to me.

Fun fact: In some RP's she reads minds, but only if there is a positive way, it dont has to be annoying and overpowered.
It give created many kind of funny moments especially when other mind readers came along or people were able to block her off by a high self control.
That ability is a thing Im not sure if she sticks with that all the time.

Personality:
In short >clumsy, happy-smiling optimistic type, talks alot, act like an silly person somethimes but is smarter than she acts.<


She is the happy-smiling-optimistic type of girl who
often comes over more flat minded as she really is.

Likes: Nero, Aylon, Lyra , Silver and people who are nice or gentle.
Tries to make sad characters happy

Dislikes: no respect in love and family, missunderstandings, word fights, her father, akward silence, having doubts about herself and her boyfriend, being too shy sometimes to ask for help


Family:
Father/Mother: King/Queen of the tribe/Species Magic Wolves
Brother: Nero (2 years older than Keno, upcoming king)
Boyfriend/Crush: Aylon
Best friend/partner: Lyra the Dragon
Lyra was adopted by Kenos parents and has a deeply Bond to Keno. Kenos parents made a pact what makes Lyra to Kenos protector before their birth, that explains why Lyra has the same colors/eyes and HIDDEN abilities like Keno.

Fight Abilities: Hands and feet sparkle orange, she uses kicks and hits with open hands, also likes to use weapons like a magic wand or just useless things to have not empty hands ( KARATE ON JAPANESE XD)
she is NOT a strong fighter in direct attacks, she tries to manipulate the enemy in the most situations with throwing things with magic for example. Thats her Part when she joined a group of fighters. She is the helper, supporter of attacks of the other members or protects hurted members.





Powers: Magic (not fire) and reading minds (for example: let things appear/dissapear)
While most of the tribes magic or abilities have a defined magic, Keno's is the only one having multiply strong aspects.
These are more considered useful as powerful in fights.
Her magic can not be compared to Silvers powers to throw things or fly shortenly.
Her magic is barely made for attacks.
She uses a Magic wand sometimes. (Reading minds is an optional skill.)
In general she uses her magic so rarely that she almost forgets about them.
Her magic has a limit. When the star on her forehead turns dark she is out of useable magic. (counting for every mamber of her clan)

Keno usually likes to form hearts with her Magic.


Riders/Heroes: Keno claims the flying type (FLY) and the good side (Imagine how Silver flies its similiar to the way how Keno does)


Backstory:

-childhood-
Keno lives in a different world where kings are still existing, even if the kingdoms are not that big as you might imagine. Keno is the daughter of thekKing of the species Magic Wolves.
*Magic Wolves are of course Wolves with magicial abilities. MLP.... But not the same.
We take Keno as example: She has undefined magic with many aspects
When she gets Babies, her children get the same ability mixed with the males ability when the father is from the same species.
other characters have abilities like this :
-Lightning/Teleport (Nero)
-Formshaper/Copier (Aylon)
they wear Symbols on their foreheads belonging to the ability even when you dont know why AYLON wears moon.


Future-
Nero and Keno dislike their father for beeing a king who does not respects the lifes and well being of his people and both left the kingdom to escape from getting married.

I never knew what kind of Story should i choose for the next years, do they ever meet the official characters? It would be cool. But so much Klischee. x3
Sure is that they from a 4 head group (Keno, Aylon, Lyra and Nero) and travel together. They sometimes split up in 2 head teams.

Some more details about their journey before they arrive home might be written later!


After arriving home Nero resumes his fathers place and come up with a fair system.
While Keno as princess does not have any lead and can live without worrying about that.
