Radioactive Rat to the rescue!

I am playing in a Champion (Hero System 5) game on Furnet. It's lots of fun, but I needed to make myself and this is me. Radioactive Rat. Mild mannered Terrance Jameson was exposed to a massive jolt of radiation. His normally brown fur was bleached white and his black eyes changed to cherenkhov radiation blue.
