So introducing Layla Whimsy. One of the first in the Angel Wings collaboration project between Progenitus and ASR. A cross between a mercy team and strikeforce that was supposed to inspire compassion and goodness within the general populace. With tech keeping them looking young, both for marketability and to dissuade hostile action against them on the battlefield (and because nothing says dystopian sci-fi quite like child soldiers), the Angel Wings were very committed to their cause... Until one of their own turned bad, destroying both the public image of them and ending in the cancellation of the project itself.

50 years later, older and wiser despite her childlike appearance, Layla is one of the ones still trying to carry on the message of hope and friendship, despite her team going its separate ways and the loss of friends.
