The Mai'No'Tian flag is a symbol of great importance to the Mai'No'Tian people. The blue corners are representative of the vastness of space that surrounds them. The red that borders it is for the CDF that protects the people (black) that are also protective of their values and home (Ho'Nok in the center), the white is to show that neither the CDF or government controls the lives of their people by separating the two. The flag was adopted in 1790 A.D.

The Anthem of The Great Planet of the Mai'No'Tian People's Socialist Republic of Alpha Centauri tells of the Mai'No'Tian people's love for their home, values, and how they are very welcoming to outsiders that seek a better life and how they will die to protect those values against the planet's enemies that wish to take that away. The anthem and lyrics were officially adopted in 1947.
