I have Burne's headshot up here already here's another pic I did around the same time. Burne's usually drunk and angry. He's still a well respected guy for all the good he did during his career as a cop, and community outreach, even has a park named after him but Adlai spends a lot of time trying to take care of him and keep him out of trouble.
Burne is determined to take the secret of Adlai's mother to the grave with him.
