That's from the Magic Schoolbus game on PC, the dinosaur times one, oh my lord, this is so great! :D
I freaking loved that little hidden game in the undersea area. Possibly one of the earliest signs of TF love I had. Ahaha, gosh, this is a real memory trip for me, seeing this turned into a true TF pic. :D

I agree with you, I saw how the machine works in the game and I can only say one word: lazy, If they would have wanted they could had easily designed a good look for the characters but were too lazy to do it.
I remember that episode!, It was one of my favorites one in the series, that brings me a lot of good memories.
