Djehuty is the Egypt name of Thoth.

In Egypt the cast would be like: Upuaut, Anpu, Sekhmet, Bastet, Djehuty, Heru :)

Ah okay then, he is in there. Been playing a game called Zone of the Enders and they had Anubis and Jehuty as these moving skeletons called Orbital frames. So yeah alot of shit but his art is improving.

I was actually going to use those for their personal names/secret identities.

On a side note.... what's up with Bast's right arm? it look funky.

Wepwawet seems a little bit to be the new one, not really knowing that the cats are not going along well. Or he is naive ^^; - Anubis compared with him like the calm veteran. Although they are all pretty much trained, it is nice to see that Thoth isn't that broad and a powerhouse like i.e. Wepwawet.

And I love that uniform design. The male chest is soooo underrated.

I read that my father Wepwawet is more a leader in war and battle, the opener of ways. He has a bow, a mace and a leather harness and uses that bow to shoot a shooting star or other sign for the troops to lead them in battle. Due to his role in war he was slightly associated with death which caused him too be too close to Anubis that they both somewhat merged later.

Pretty awesome, your Wapwawet and Anubis' expressions are priceless, though a bit of critique, Thoth and Horus look more furry than feathery (if that's a word) though it's not so much a problem for Horus cause he's in the background, but with Thoth you might want to make the tufts more rounded instead of jagged.

Oh, this is sharp. I love the 'team costumes' with the color differences yet the obvious common design; reminds me of the reboot Legion of Superheroes costumes in a quite good way. Stylin' picture.

I have a question for you; does Anubis and Bast have some sort of relationship in Ennead?

I hadn't really considered that much, but it is sort of the thing that people would want. (Especially if I use the simplified generations, then Bast and Anubis would be the same generation)

Sorry, im just totally spelbound by this amazing artwork of like, my favouite Egyptian culture....i love the gods, but more importantly, i love ones that are the birds and canine type. So like, Horus, Anubis, Thoth, Wepwawet, and actually, a bit of Set too!

ANYWHO! When i came accross this, i was like....oh my god.....Egyptian gods in super hero outfits? What the hell?! Whats like, the plan for this? is there a series? cos i would love to get to know it!

Horus...heh...love him! looking awsome in the back! And oh my god! you got Wepwawet in there! AND NEXT TO ANUBIS! Thats so cool! I hardly see him the old Wepy! Loving them all with their 'Just keep out of the way' faces! ha ha! And who could forget Thoth! He just is super amazing!

...Actually, ya know what this has reminded me of? Loonatics Unleashed! Super hero styles of the Looney Tunes! it was awsome that program! and this kinda reminded me of it....so i love it even more! Hoop Hoop!

In all.....well done, and i love it!

My current plan is to use this story in my idea for a web audio book, by writing in episodes. Make it available in text and audio format and supplement it with pictures; 26 episodes long. Basic premise is that the Egyptian gods were actually space aliens, and almost ALL of ancient mythology is actually oblique references to the period when they rules the world and the wars they fought against the humans. The group here was put in cryostasis for 7000 years and they've been revived in the modern day, long after their race abandoned earth for their home planet.

Wow....so there is a series then? That is totally amazing! I would so love to watch/listen/read that! Anything with Egyptian gods really perks me up! Heh!
