Some vent art.
I did this art piece with my moms old Samsung tablet using Autodesk Sketch book. This piece took approximately 6 hours to complete over 2 days.
There's not a particular story behind this piece other than the character standing in the snow in the middle of the night, under a street light, saying good bye. The idea was to portray temperature with shading and exclude colour entirely. I portray colour as emotion so the lack of it implies coldness in all aspects.
I intended this art to be sharp contrast between the shaded, soft black and the razor white. I left the eye blank on purpose.
Things aren't what they seem: most of the time art has a lot of hidden things that most people don't notice. unless they stare at it and go looking for answers to why such expression was used in the artwork. Same goes with life. You wont know whats really going on behind normality unless you are looking for answers or stare long enough.
I'm thinking of making 4 more pieces to follow this
