Not sure why he's angry I think he looks cute. Maybe he just wants his tummy rubbed?

i didnt put much thought into the story behind this one but long story short one of his friends probably did some stupid stuff and theyre the reason his belly's all big, and he's angry because he pretends to not like this stuff cause he kinkshames himself and he thinks its gross that he likes it so he does his best to make himself not like it and actually having a big belly certainly isnt helping
