~Contracts are made when Ragtag grabs his sigil in his hand and shakes hands with the individual agreeing to said contract, burning his mark into their flesh
~Contracts mostly consist of "bring me money continuously over the span of a month and I'll grant you unimaginable power" so he can spend the cash at the night clubs he visits
