Meet my earliest creation, that even predates Thrasher by a few years!

Basically, I played a lot of FF8 as a kid and felt I could run a character alongside it, so created Hurricane!

Hurricane is a wolf, best friends with Squall and often leads him into more trouble. He's confident where his friend is not, and is the only SeeD to actually be classed as feral. Showing intelligence higher than normal canines and other animals, but unwilling to use his brain, he was put into the SeeD program and treated as an equal.

Hurricane was injured long ago by facing a T-Rexxaur who had this wolf's number out for him, but thankfully staff and Squall stepped in to help. Ultimately losing use of his leg and becoming partially sighted in his right eye. Technology and doctors treated him as if he were human, so got the best treatment - a cybernetic leg and reconstruction of his eye.

He loves to wisecrack, often butting heads with Seifer before he can get his quip in. But he's a lovely wolf, often helping less confident fighters battle in the Gardens/Training areas.

Occasionally gets bullied quite horrifically, and has been beaten down into the ground a few times by jealous students, but he can defend himself and sometimes can become feral-aggressive to his tormentors. Other than that, he's charming, silly, fun and a big dork at times.
