This story includes Non-fatal Vore, Belching, A bit of harmless Bondage, Pokemon and a well known Rockruff/Lycanroc. You have been warned.
Ryan, a Rockruff with a strange and sad backstory behind him, is now traveling on through one of the many undiscovered parts of the Kalos region, where he would soon make a choice that would change his future. Here is his story....
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There were no other words to put it, Ryan was lost. He didn't think it was possible with his navigation skills, but here he is. Deep within one of the many forests unexplored by man, Ryan has lost his way to heading back to his temporary home, which was a hollowed out tree. Little did he know was that getting lost in these unknown parts is just the beginning.
As he wondered aimlessly through the trees, he soon discovered a path that might lead the way back to his home. It lead the way alright, but not the way he wanted to go. As he started down the path he found, he heared faint cries for help.
"Hello...is someone there?" It soon became obvious someone was there with him, when Ryan was suddenly wrapped in the tight, binding coils of an Arbok. "Ssssso, what do we have here?" Ryan wasn't really listening as he struggles hard in the coils, feeling the wriggles of the prey inside them.
"Relax, pup. You'll be joining them ssssssooon enough!" The Arbok opens his maw wide before Ryan's face, ready to devour the young pup when the tightness around Ryan got the best of him. A deep gurgling rose up from his belly as a thick belch of poisonous gas expelled out of his mouth and into the face of the unknowing Arbok.
The Arbok began to gag from the sudden gas attack, giving Ryan the chance to break free. He slowly slipped from the coils of his predator, before quickly running away from the still coughing Arbok. But his mind soon wondered back to the poor Pokemon struggling inside, most likely to be digested by the snake Pokemon. He had to go back and save them, he just had to. He didn't really get far as something wrapped around his waist.
He looked back to see what has stopped him, only shocked to see that it wasn't the Arbok who got him, but rather a Ninetails. The vixen looked at him in a scolding way, making Ryan wonder if he was hungry. He half expected to be shoved down the vixen's throat, only to be set back down onto the floor of the forest path. "I suggest you watch and learn, pup." The Ninetails smirks down at Ryan before he rushes off against the Arbok, using his most powerful move, Flamethrower, to attack against the gluttonous snake. The Arbok quickly retaliated by using Bite, chomping down on his tails and making the vixen howl in pain.
Ryan quickly began to panic as he already saw the purple of Arbok's Poison spread across the Ninetails's face and the coils wrapped around him. Ryan had to jump in now, or the vixen would not survive the rest of the battle. Quickly, Ryan went behind a nearby tree, and started usmsing an ability that he got long ago. The Arbok, feeling like he has finally won, prepares to consume the Ninetails in his grasp "Goodbye." He hissed and plunged his maw down for the final kill, before stopping and hissing with anger and pain. He felt something crushing down on his tail. He looked back, and saw a Pokemon he has never seen before. A tall wolf like Pokemon standing on his tail with an evil grin. "Hello."
This was the chance the Ninetails had needed and used the last of his power to unleash Psychic, using that power to force the snake Pokemon to cough up his meal. Three small Pokemon, a Pichu, a Swirlix, and a Charmander, plopped out of the snake Pokemon's mouth, landing with a soft splat on the floor before running off into the trees. The Arbok grew furious and looked over at the now weakened Ninetails and was ready to make quick meal, but the mysterious Pokemon quickly got in the way. "I've had enough of thissssss!" The Arbok was about to attack the unknown Pokemon, but only to get another hidden surprise when the Pokemon grabs him by the neck and lifts him up. "How about I leave you a parting gift?" The Pokemon grins as his belly emitted a big gurgle, which made the Arbok look down with shock. The wolf-like Pokemon opens his mouth and expels a cloud of poisonous gas in the form of a big belch, right into the Arbok's confused face.
Already weak from his new hunger and the noxious poison belch, the Arbok flees from the Pokemon and heads back into the darkness of the trees. They had won, for now. The Pokemon looks back at the shivering Ninetails, who was still facing the affects of the poison given by Arbok. Without a moment to lose, the Pokemon began going through his satchel, which he had through the entire battle, and pulled out a plump Pecha berry. He rushes to the vixen's side and feeds him the berry, hoping that it wasn't too late.
The Ninetails slowly recovered fromthe poison and began ro open his eyes. Upon spotting the Pokemon staring back with his purple eyes deep into his bright indigo eyes, he looked a bit nervous at what the Pokemon might want. "H-hi there." The Pokemon rolls his eyes with a sigh. "You're welcome, I just saved you from your attempt to save me" The Ninetails looked in confusion. "What do you mean? I was saving that strange pup earlier." The Pokemon sighs and looks away, unsure how to explain this now. "How about we walk and I'll explain."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"So, let me get this straight, you are a Rockruff, if I got the name right, who can be able to evolve and devolve at will?" Ryan just chuckles at it. "Yes, that's true." The Ninetails blushes before sitting down under the shade of a tree. "Thank you very much for helping me, actually for saving me. I really appreciate it." Ryan just smirks and shrugs as he walked. "Just glad to help out another in need." The Ninetails slowly smiles, before suddenly shaking his fur out free of dirt he got in the battle. "I'm Cauda, and your name is?" Ryan looks back at Cauda. "Ryan, that's my name, don't wear it out." Cauda smiles with a chuckle, before standing up and approaching him with dignity in his stride. "I want to make an offer with you."
Ryan looks back at Cauda with a bit of confusion written on his face "What would that offer be?" Cauda slowly smiles from the look "I want you to be a part of my team. It's called Team Wave and we need new members. With your strange and...unorthodox battling style, I think you would make a great addition."
"Unorthodox?" Ryan wasn't sure to feel proud or offended by the comment he received from the Ninetails. "I'm sorry, but I usually work alone. Maybe you'll find someone just as good as me." He turns to walk away, only to feel one of Cauda's tails wraps around his foot, making him fall over and face plant into the ground as the vixen drags him back. "We could work together, or you could get eaten by another Pokemon out here in the forest. Your choice."
Ryan thinks for a moment, wondering about all that has happened. After seeing that he would've been another meal to the Arbok if Cauda hadn't stepped in, he sighs and looks back at the vixen "Fine, I'll be a part of your team." Cauda leaps with joy, lifting Ryan up with his tail, before setting him back down and leading him down the path. Ryan knew there was gonna be more dangers to face in the future by joining this Pokemon team, but he knew he was going to help others in need, Pokemon just like him. He knew that something big will come from this. He just knew.
Always choose the path less taken, those words ran through his head as he ran to keep up with his new partner, a bold new path that he never thought would open was there before him. A new journey has just begun.
