While not in my usual style or themes, I'm up for the challenge of drawing most of anything that's thrown at me, and this was a nice exercise of that. This extremely simplified, flattened style can be difficult to use in an expressive way without having the result look like some kind of horribly thrown together collage and particular attention has to be paid to layer ordering. Overall, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Do you guys out there like it, too?
