The leg should be bent on the way back until it reaches the point where it can stretch again.
Or else, if we ran like that, we'd face-plant... A lot. ^^;
we'd be dragging our feet or kicking onto the ground.
Important to note, this is good, but some steps/frames of animation are missing.
I... Kinda studied a lot of animation since that's what I aspired... Even if I draw a lot of stills... And porn... Lots and lots of porn... -sigh-
