Hello everyone ! Time to introduce you Hinela ! The second of my dear characters.
I have only very rarely share with you creations with the 8 characters that means the most to heart and who all represent a facet of my personality.
But I intend to change this this year because I celebrate the 20 years of my very first character, Mr. Panda Shi !
I've been waiting for years to have a good enough level for me to make them live and show them to the world.
This is the second character, Hinela!
She represents my childhood, cute and innocent self.
My passion for Japanese kawaii stuff, stationery and pastel colors.
She was a bunny for years, in tribute to the very first pet I had. Then a horse, because i drew a lot of horses as a kid.
Then I mixed the two together ahaha. Now she is a donkey, animal which I love!
I hope you enjoy it <3
I can't wait to draw her more or even commission drawings from other artists for her. Seeing these characters alive is really the thing that makes me ahhhhh !

Moi je sais pour quoi en tout cas :) c'est le metier de la plupart de ma famille, de s'occuper des handicapé mentaux ou physique. J'ai aussi des personnes en situation de handicap dans ma famille proche. Du coup ca a toujours raisonné en moi. Mais de façon positive. :) voila pourquoi
I've been disabled for almost 13 years now and there is very little representation in media and art, especially of those suffering from mental illness. It creates a stigma that makes being disabled even more difficult and leading a semi-normal life nearly impossible. Thanks again!
I love this. Seeing disabled characters like myself makes me so happy. I have forearm crutches very similar to those. But the top part of mine where your arm goes through, actually has a pivot point. So if I need to reach for something the crutch hangs off my arm instead of having to take my arm out or it following my movement to swing infront like a bad toy gun lol
