I guess it is indeed xmas eve...
First, the technique: loves the shining, loves the blurry background (who cares about the background in this pic, anyway? XP ), the board's pattern is maybe a very, very too little pronounced, but it's really nice :)
And now, onto the character:
His piercing-blue eyes; his lovely, almost natural smile; his broad neck and shoulders; his juicy, thick tail; his nicely shaped body, muscles fitting perfectly under the blubber, giving a somewhat "round" look; his color pattern, absorbing and reflecting light...
There's nothing much more I can say than "Thank you!" :)
