I haven’t tried drawing Elsey using MS Paint since I gave her her new look, so I decided to go ahead and give it a try. :) The first thing that came to mind was Elsey being happy, so I thought a grass hill and clouds in the background would help give this picture a happy kind of feeling to it. ^u^ What can I say? Elsey loves it when it’s a nice day out. :)

Edit: I fixed the problem the original picture had where her mudguards looked more red colored. They’re supposed to be a sort of magenta or dark pink color, so I fixed it so they look more pink now. :)
