so, as nobody seemed to be interested in this guy made some sketches of concepts I had for him, I'll give it a last chance to see if there're any offers but now I'll be even more picky because I already have some ideas for him as part of my character's story, the only reason I've not decided to keep him yet is because I'd rather not have more characters since I barely draw my current ones, but I really love this guy and want him to go to a nice home

In the things I had tought about him, he's supposed to be a Vampire just like Vincent, but he's a doctor/medic. As a vampire he loves blood but he's also really facinated by some types of blood and it's properties, ex: Mad and Kira's blood. He's particularly interested in Mad's blood as he believes it can help him develop a serum for inmortality and even to bring back to the dead

He's very calm and cold but unlike Vincent, he doesn't try to hide his intentions and is very straightforward about what he thinks to the point he might perceived as a a rude person, most of the time he doesn't realize that the things he says might offend people but it's just that he tends to be brutally honest

He's not as good as Vincent performing dark magic (he's still good) and instead he focus on the use of fire weapons, he likes to collect blood from different creatures and make experiments with it to see how it could be used, for that purpose, he created that blood weapon that uses glass bullets filled with blood, the bullets themselves don't kill but they may have different effects on the target according to the blood inside, some of these bullets (or it's content) can poison, paralize, sleep, etc, depending on the type of blood that it's inside but he hasn't find a blood strong enough to be used to kill nor to heal, that's part of the reason why he's interested on Mad and Kira, tho after he finds out Kira's blood is not enough to kill he lost some interest on it
