A sea themed outfit for Spunky. I knew what she would wear, but I wanted to something I didn't think she would think about wearing. The coloring on the outfit was the hardest since I didn't know what to do, but I decided to go off her tail and hair and I like the results. (Also I was playing with hair shines) The total time was 2 hours and 30 mins.
