Commissioned portrait for Rath’tolar ( http://www.furaffinity.net/user/simpl1 )! Rath was on my queue before I hurt my arm, and switched his piece to watercolor with metallic accents to help give my arm a break from digital. I tried a fun new technique on this one with the scales and like the outcome! Done in watercolor, gouache, and Finetec mica paint on 9.5″ X 6.5″ 300lb coldpress watercolor paper.
