This character came to be several months ago, during a conversation with my good friend  toonvasion where we talked about a snooty, moody upper class feline character in a leather outfit with a vamp collar. He ended up drawing the design (while I threw in some suggestions), and we were quite happy with the result so we came up with some details about her.

Nearly always moody and bitchy, Priscilla can be quite difficult to approach and initiate a conversation. Even moreso if you're there just to brown-nose her or try to get into her pants; she can smell you a mile away. But if you happen to give her a genuine compliment and praise? She will be all over you, cooing lovingly and getting all snuggly, as long as you keep those compliments coming. And as Adrian found out, her affection can lead to some interesting scenarios. Despite her moody and aggressive nature, she can be a good friend to those she is familiar with.
