error though in smithing... my second and beyond item, gives me a copy of all previously made items...
so making a helm gives me a helm.
making a neck gives me a scarf then also a helm. (the body slot has two options of same item).
making a chest piece gives me a chest piece, a scarf, and a helm...
so on

I got three levels in Demon and there was no change in production speed (I counted seconds; the upgrade says it affects speed, not amount) when I stopped being a demon. Then again going from Demon 2 to Demon 3 didn't seem to change speed much if at all so... idk, seems busted maybe?
As far as I can tell, it does work. The multiplier doesn't affect the work time loop speed, but the amount you get for each complete loop. It doesn't actually *show* you directly though in the stats, so you have to pay attention to the stockpile and how often you can buy things to be sure.
'Army' appears to be the maximum unit speed ranking at 100.
The upgrades however appear in relation to your wheat stockpile, so you will need to idle from time to time. The good thing is that unlike most idle games, the totals will keep running no matter what, even if the game is switched off, without incurring any penalty.

This was a fun game and I find myself wasting a lot of time on it. That said here's a bug:
Forging equipment will produce whatever you set it at first even if you change the values during forging. which will change how long it takes.
So I made a +800/+800 weapon, which would have taken an astronomical amount of time to finish, but setting the values to -20/-20 instantly brought the time to 0.
and because it uses the initial values set when you first clicked "forge", i now have a ridiculously op item.

Please tell me you'll make some of these transformations into actual sequences or still lifes of a mid tf. They're such great descriptions! Also, I can't seem to find a true ending per se. I lose battles at times and transform, but I haven't seen a definitive end yet. Is the game designed to keep going, regardless?
Two endings down so far, Horse Forever and Bad Dragon. You don't have to reset cookies in order to 'restart' and get other endings, since reloading the game merely resets the ending and I don't think the conditions to get to them are mutually exclusive. Best not to think about how buying the Darklord's castle for wheat production affects the 'story' though, eh? :)
Heya. I played it for a while now. I really like it and it got me addicted.
Though I feel like clicking "Work" became pretty useless after a while. Maybe there should be more upgrades for the manual clicking. But that's really not something that ruins the game or anything.
Also, it would be cool to include something like an adept feature in the later game. That makes it possible to learn a species you can always shift back to. Would be fun to maybe even collect the different forms. Like brewing an expensive master potion for that.
In total I wished the TF-Feature was more included.
But, besides that, I really love your game! I can't wait to see where it goes in the future.

Oh, yeah! I have the alchemy lab! But it would be neat to kind of have a list of the forms you've already adapted? And maybe upgrades for that? I really love producing wheat, but I would also love to have some more focus on the TF stuff in general! I mean your form influences the production (those dragons love them Kobolds!) but a bit more TF shenanigans would be awesome.
I generally would also love a listing of the armor you're wearing. And it would be kinda useful if you wouldn't be able to sell the items you're wearing, to not accidently sell whatever you're equipped with! (and a sell-all button).
Hope you're appreciating my inputs! Like I said, I love the game and hope it will get even better in the future. Not sure what plans you have with it!

OK so I've gotten every ending except the cookie clicker one. I have an army of every unit up through Darklord, and every upgrade except the third Dragon and Darklord one. Leaving it running overnight was not enough. I dug through the source code, and if my math is right I now need to wait until I accumulate 5.6x10^16 wheat. At my current rate of production, that's going to take....7,000 minutes.
I guess I'll buy as many more units as I can and check back on Saturday...

I got three too; I've been letting it run since Blue mentioned a fourth after every upgrade was gotten-
But so far, I'm currently on:
Goblin Army 250
Kobold Army 100
Gnoll Army 100
Orc Army 100
Troll Army 100
Minotaur Union 50
Giant Union 50
Lich Union 50
Demon Union 50
Dragon Union 50
Darklord Union 50
All upgrades purchased (including the Horse Work Bad Ending upgrades) and I have 4743978180567 gold. I'm a Kobold, for the dragon boost.
However, nothing new in the Ending department seems to have unlocked.
Is the "All Upgrades" ending not available after you beat the game and defeat Darklord? I'm kind of at a loss as to how I go unlocking it.

Gold is never used for worker tier upgrades, so that's irrelevant now. Those upgrades always unlock according to the amount of wheat you have. Each worker tier has one hire, two doubles, and one speed. Keeping yourself as a kobold and letting the upgrade for that run with the farm constantly kept open is the best long-term thing to do.
I now have 250 / 200 of everything bar dragons (157) and darklords (120). Next dragon costs 1.64 x 10^14, and next darklord costs 2.51 x 10^14.
At 160 dragons I think I'll just sit it out and wait for the dragon speed and darklord speed to unlock, but keep the kobold self-upgrade going for the dragon multiplier: it's at level 15 now and doesn't appear to have any upper limit.

Not sure if that's wholly necessary to have such a drastic 10x production upgrade - with the dragon multiplier at level 23 I just passed 1.9 x 10^14 wheat, so shouldn't take more than a couple of days at the current rate to get the last upgrade. By idle game standards, this is pretty reasonable.
Update: I just clicked back onto the game to see if I had enough for the 4th 'Buy Everything' ending.
I don't. Or at least, no new upgrades have appeared and I'm not sure how to trigger the ending.
And I'm not sure how much more I need if letting the game idle over a week still isn't enough.
What should I be looking for? How much does this final upgrade cost?

I see! Sorry for the late response.
So far I'm:
Goblin Army 391
Kobold Army 316
Gnoll Army 300
Orc Army 264
Troll Army 243
Minotaur Army 230
Giant Army 218
Lich Army 220
Demon Army 193
Dragon Army 174
Darklord Army 160
I think I have every upgrade including the bad horse ending upgrades. I'm currently a Level 10 Dragon for the Kobold boost. I also defeated Darklord twice but got Ending 1 both times. I'm thinking that maybe leveling up every species might have something to do with it but I'm not sure.

I have gotten all four endings, though I might have used exploits in order to get the two darklord endinngs. I beat him using the forge glitch as mentioned early, and got the wheat by messing with my computers clock. I liked the writting, I do think the game just makes you wait way to much.
To be fair, I almost did it on my phone, but then my browser farted and every single page only displayed as a white void until I closed and reopened the app. Then I ended up losing about three days worth of progress. =/
Still had my army of everything though! Just a lot less wheat and a much lower Kobold level. But hey... A true Darklord wouldn't play fair anyways, yeah?

5.6 x 10^16 is when you get the last one. Are you a kobold? If not, that's what's slowing you down, you don't have a dragon production multiplier going. Brew up a kobold essence, use it, then leave your species upgrade going with the browser and farm screen continually open. By the time I'd finished, my upgrade was level 29.
You've been spending a lot more on dragons and darklords than you actually need to then, and that's been slowing you down with the exponential cost for each outweighing the benefit. 170 dragons and 120 darklords was a good enough stopping point for me to just sit it out from then on.
I've been running this in the background all week while I work on coursework, and whenever I take a break I guess what the character has transformed into this time XD
I absolutely love how you can only use certain types of equipment, too! I've been wondering how TF could be used in a game, and your ideas rock!
Consider me inspired to make a game too :P

Heh, yeah. Gonna have to echo above comments about how the farm upgrade one will take approximately a billion trillion years, but then that fits for a cookie-clicker-style incrementer. I'm finding even just the horse ending to take quite awhile, though I've never been known for patience. The people saying that they have their racial bonuses at like 27 are definitely blowing my mind. Maybe the racial bonus level-ups don't ramp as exponentially as I think?
Anyways, this is a fun, cute little game. I really do like how all these different elements are going on at once. That's a really satisfying element, it really keeps you engaged checking on all the irons you've got in the fire at once. Though it does force me to wonder if they interfere with each other at all. You know? Is there an advantage to focusing on one activity? Can I boost my racial ability experience gains by any means? If I'm adventuring, does it affect how my farm is doing? If I recall from the adventuring dungeon and focus on the farm, spamming work even though the amount of productivity from manual clicking became comically trivial days ago even though I'm training up the horse path like a fiend, do I farm more effectively? It would seem that there's no effect to focusing or multitasking, especially given that you can still work on the farm even while adventuring. Also, this thing switches to scientific notation at some point, right? Starting to work with eleven digits is starting to give me a headache.
