It was two years ago that I offered Game Grump heads like this for $5 and HatePowerdNube just found them and asked me if I was still doing them... answer is yes, lol.

The ones I was doing before were in the original style, and now this one (and any future ones if someone else wants one too) is in the refined style someone made and many people are using in youtube for stuff like game grumps remixes and compilations. It's prettier and not too much extra work.
