Though she was almost certainly late by a factor of 15 minutes, ultimately, she couldn't really help it. Maybe it was a stray thought that wouldn't just go away, slipping into her mind and digging its claws in despite her best efforts. Maybe she just saw a really cute rabbit and her body couldn't help but start the process of becoming what her mind ultimately desired.

...Ultimately, everything came to a head when a meager, 2 inch high rabbit painstakingly pulled herself over the edge of the table in that now massive Coffeehouse, left panting as she strode forward amidst the towering sugarbowl and tiptoeing around the bus-sized spoon. She offered a meek wave before catching sight of herself in the reflection of her friend's porcelain cup. A blush came to her cheeks nigh immediately as she ran her hands through her blue fur, giving a momentary tug to her elongated ears.

"Um. So, uh, sorry I was late. If it's not tooo much trouble...could you, uh, get me a latte? I'd ask, but...I'm pretty sure one of the baristas almost stepped on me on the way in, so...
