Engineers, shopkeepers, guildmasters, why shouldn't a Moogle be a test subject too? We had ourselves a curious one day, and before the rainy season rolled into Rabanastre, and when the pillories were not occupied for once, we snatched up our little Moogle friend and slapped them into the chibi-sized stocks and went right to work. We, or more accurately, I wanted to know if a Phoenix down or a Chocobo feather would work better for tickling. The theory is that the life-giving magic of the Down would invigorate the nerves and crank up the sensitivity, meanwhile the Chocobo feather's Haste magic would enhance perception. Does it work? Well, our little Moogle friend is sure laughing a lot harder now than with the regular feathers. Or maybe it's just the Gold Needles their holding between their toes, making the feet extra soft? I think it's a combination, the reactions keep getting stronger with each new item acquired at a reasonable competitive price from Migelo's Sundries, conveniently located near the bazaar and several eating establishments!
