If you don't mind me saying, I think each step of your process looks pretty awesome in its own way! Your lineart is super clean, sharp and striking, and really shows off your character design and just general artistic skill. The addition of colour really brings your design alive and it falls into that great, dark and gothic style of yours. And then the full image brings out the texture and details in the clothing, armour and scales in a way that actually kinda sets you stuff apart from similar things I've seen (it's nice to see textures that aren't just lotsa black crosshatching, hah)

If I might ask a question about your process? I noticed in the sketch that MOST of the fully blacked/inked parts remained that way as you added the colours... except for this fella's cape and lower tail (where it curves between his legs). I can take a guess as to why, but why did you end up doing that later in the process when most everything else was already done at that point?
