New York state, now. A semi-auto rifle with a detatchable magazine may not have more than one of a: folding or telescoping stock, flash suppressor or threaded muzzle, bayonet lug, grenade launcher, or pistol grip. My one feature is, of course, the pistol grip, so I have to cut down the bayonet lug, get a muzzle break and permanently mount it, and get a fixed stock.
