Another new character, this one is Mu, a Galaxy Dragon!
The cute lil' thing wraps his large wings around his torso, almost like a robe. Big wings are needed to travel quickly and Mu needs to maintain a whole galaxy. His ability to create portals helps with that though, fortunately.
Mu also has an uncanny ability to simply "Know." Similar to omnisciense, but not the same, as he only knows what he needs to know when he needs to know it.
I'm unsure wether the Galaxy Dragon species belongs to
NeoArcadianX or 
Blitzdrachin, but it's one of them, so credit to them for that!
