He becomes his Alolan form during Fall and Winter time as I mentioned previous, but also when he's in a particular mood. He's much more professional, mature, but still fun in this form hehe. And this is his usual outfit excluding his black and red strapped clogs. The pipe is also a flute, when smoked through he can summon pipe fox smoke spirits.
